Sure, the days are getting longer and the weather is hotting up, but nothing signals the beginning of summer in south London like the opening of Frank’s Cafe in Peckham multi-storey car park. 
 
While most come for the booze and the views, influential young curator Hannah Barry has turned the accompanying art space, Bold Tendencies, into one of the capital’s most important contemporary art venues. 
 
Yesterday, British sculpture legend Richard Wentworth unveiled the site’s first permanent commission, a large-scale work entitled “Agora”, which Wentworth claims is “folkloric” and poses “lots of questions about urbanism.” And it looks good, too.
