BOA by-law is non compliant
The British Olympic Association’s lifetime ban for drugs cheats violates the global anti-doping code, the World Anti-Doping Agency declared last night. The ruling could pave the way for sprinter Dwain Chambers and cyclist David Millar to compete at the London 2012 games.
