Bitcoin’s slide halted as crypto markets settle
The market leading cryptocurrency remains virtually unmoved overnight and into this morning, trading for $26,760 – a notch below key support levels above $27k. Ethereum (Ether) is down a further 1.2% since yesterday.
Most other cryptocurrencies are following a similar pattern, with few winners in the crypto markets this morning.
Yesterday’s Consumer Price Index numbers in the US came in higher than expected, leading some analysts to believe that another interest rate hike may be on the cards.
