NORWICH are still searching for their first Premier League win of the season after Peter Odemwingie’s strike saw West Brom take all three points from their visit to Carrow Road. The Nigeria international produced the decisive moment in the third minute when Ritchie De Laet failed to intercept Nicky Shorey’s pass and the striker made the most of goalkeeper Declan Rudd’s indecisiveness to poke home the winner.
Albion, who came into this fixture pointless having lost their opening three games, could have extended their lead in the 76th minute but Rudd, deputising for the suspended John Ruddy, saved Odemwingie’s tame penalty.
