A signal failure at King’s Cross was behind severe delays on both the Circle Line and the Hammersmith & City Line this morning – both are now running minor delays.

Transport for London (TfL) advised passengers that their tickets will be accepted on local buses.

Meanwhile a fire alert at Watford Junction caused severe delays through to Euston on the London Overground, now running minor delays.

The Overground is also suspended between Surrey Quays and New Cross due to a tree on the track.

Minor delays were also impacting services between Highbury & Islington and Clapham Junction, as well as to Crystal Palace and West Croydon.
