UK fintech Featurespace raises £25m in latest funding round led by Insight Venture Partners and Mission OG

UK fintech firm Featurespace, a software company that specialises in behavioural analytics, has raised £25m in a funding round led by Insight Venture Partners and Mission OG.

The funding, which is the largest amount the firm has raised to date, will be used to aid Featurespace’s international expansion and the development of the company’s artificial intelligence-led software.

Featurespace, which currently has offices in London, Cambridge and a US base in Atlanta, has provided services to companies including Danske Bank, Worldpay, Gocompare and William Hill.

Existing investors including IP Group, Highland Europe, TTV Capital, Robert Sansom and Invoke Capital also participated in the round.

Featurespace chief executive Martina King said: “We have made tremendous progress over the last 15 months since our last fund raising – and this fund raise is the largest to date.

“The additional funds will enable use to continue rapidly growing the business internationally by focusing on our products, our people and our customers."

Jeff Horing, co-founder and managing director at New York-based Insight Venture Partners, said: “We have been following Featurespace’s growth for over two years.

“Following extensive customer and product due diligence, we were delighted with market feedback around the product and tea. We welcome Featurespace into our portfolio and look forward to helping the company drive international growth.”
