Travel chaos: Severe delays on the Central Line after train derails at White City

Commuters are facing travel chaos in central London this morning, with severe disruption on the Central Line.

Services on the red line have are subject to severe delays after an engineer's service train derailed at White City. A replacement bus is being provided.

Transport for London said engineers are at the site working to resolve the issue, and has advised commuters to use another route this morning.

The Tube disruption is coinciding with severe delays on train services travelling into Liverpool Street station, after overhead wire problems at London Fields this morning.
