Turkey’s attempted coup d’état in photos

The Turkish government appears to have reasserted control after a coup attempt by a faction of the military. 

Near 200 are thought to have died in the military coup attempt that ended up crumbling in the face of those loyal to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
