Tottenham get planning permission for new £400m stadium – pictures of how their new ground may appear
Tottenham have been given the green light to build the biggest club stadium in London, after Haringey Council approved plans for the new 61,000 capacity ground.
Spurs were waiting on the council's verdict for three applications before pushing ahead with the £400m development which they hope to have ready for the 2018-19 season.

Spurs only need final approval from the London Mayor's office before building can begin and Boris Johnson has previously signalled his enthusiasm for the project.
The stadium will have a bigger capacity than Arsenal's 60,432 Emirates Stadium and is being built to cater for NFL teams and a potential home for a London American football franchise.
The development will also include a hotel, sports centre, a medical centre with a GP's surgery, an extreme sports building featuring the tallest indoor climbing wall in the world, a club superstore and a club museum.
According to a Deloitte report, the new stadium could support around 3,500 jobs in the surrounding area and add £293m to the local economy.
