Retailers up and down the UK are offering massive savings as part of the Black Friday sales.

This year Black Friday will happen on Friday 27th November. However, some retailers have already started their week of deals.

Outlets including Amazon, Argos, Very, Ebay have been running hundreds if not thousands of deals throughout the week. Others like Tesco, John Lewis and Sainsbury are sticking to the traditional formula, with deep discounts just on the day itself – tomorrow, in case you'd somehow missed it.

It’s expected to be the biggest shopping day of the year, with more than a few estimates suggesting more than £1bn will be spent in 24 hours.

Figures from Centre for Retail Research on behalf of VoucherCodes claim Britons will spend £2,887,500 per minute, totalling £1.39bn and £3.49bn.

But what will we be flashing the cash on?

Here are the best Black Friday deals we’ve seen so far..

Amazon has promised to offer discounts on 7,000 items over the week. Current deals include the Microsoft Band for £56, 72 per cent off the Vax 15-in-1 Steam Fresh Combi Steam Cleaner and 56 per cent off a Motorola MBP36S Digital Video Monitor. It's also got offers on Toshiba Notebooks, XBox Ones and Nintendo consoles.

Currys PC World launched the first of more than 3,000 deals on Tuesday, including top brands Nespresso, Dyson, LG, Samsung, Sony and Bosch across its 10 day event.

Carphone Warehouse is also offering deals across 10 days, with Samsung, HTC and Huawei devices among those being discounted.

Ebuyer.com is running half price deals on off desktop PCs, and 4K TVs will be offer on for the lowest price the retailer has ever dropped to. It will also be taking more than £100 off selected laptops, although it has not given any further details as yet.

There are plenty of other top electrical deals online and on the high street – here's our round-up of the best Black Friday bargains.

Online retailer Future Wheels will be offering £50 off the Smart Glider – a self-balancing, two-wheel electric scooter – on Black Friday (27 November) and Cyber Monday (30 November). The full price of the black Smart Glider is £349.99, and all other colours (white, blue, red, pink and gold) are priced at £399.99. The £50 discount will be available on all models.

Fashion retailers are also getting in on the action, with a broad spectrum of businesses taking part including Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Hobbs, Topshop, Asos and New Look.

Halfords has started an early deal offering up to 50 per cent off on children’s bikes, scooters and ride-ons. On Black Friday week the cyclist specialist will also have bargains on technology and motoring gadgets.

And for more general sports fans, retailers including JD Sports, Sports Direct, Decathlon and Pro:Direct are running a number of offers on trainers and other sportswear.

Kitchenware, homeware and furniture also feature highly in Black Friday deals, with offers on Le Creuset pans, Dyson vacuum cleaners and a range of other items – read our round-up here.

Illy is selling its entire range of coffee machines half-price on its official website espressocrazy.com, with top of the range items available for as little as £65.

The Original Factory Shop is running a five day event around Black Friday from 25 to 29 November, offering deals including a Lavazza Coffee Machine fo £39 instead of £99.99 and a Circulon Five Piece Pan Set for £70 instead of £200. It’s also got savings on Dyson Vacuum Cleaners, Jimmy Choo gift set and a Milan sofabed.

And to get your hands on a cheap iPhone, Mac, iPad or Apple Watch; Tesco, Currys PCWorld, John Lewis and others have some amazing deals on Apple products, Argos is even selling some iPhones at half price.

Sainsbury's has finally released its Black Friday deals too. With big offers on Celcus TVs, Dyson vacuum cleaners and HP laptops among the best bargains from the supermarket this year.

John Lewis will also be one of the major participants, partly because of its Never Knowingly Undersold price match guarantee, which means the department store will be offering deals across electricals, including washer dryers and vacuum cleaners; homeware and fashion. So far, it's not given much of a hint of specifics, though.
