West Ham are poised to make their second major signing of the summer by recruiting Marseille and France attacking midfielder Dimitri Payet for £10.5m.

The 28-year-old is expected to sign a five-year contract this week and follows the arrival earlier this month of £4m Spain Under-21 midfielder Pedro Obiang from Sampdoria, as well as new Hammers manager Slaven Bilic.
